Designers, writers, and makers I've worked with or crossed paths with. In no particular order.

  • Samuel Wong

    A product designer who codes, now leading product design at Pepperstone. Writes about design process and tooling, and the site itself is what I point to when someone asks what a personal site should look like.

  • Healthy Yau

    Product designer whose portfolio opens with “I don’t make it pop. I make it work.” That’s the whole philosophy, and it shows in the work.

  • Sunny Moon

    UX and product designer who also works in interactive, branding, and writing. Posts the work in progress, which is the interesting part.

  • Sue Lai

    Ten years of designing fintech, now leading the Payments & Trading experience at Pepperstone after design leadership at OKX. Describes the work as designing the invisible rails of the new financial internet, which is a better sentence than any I've written about payments.

  • Eddie Chak

    Principal Product Designer at Binance, building design systems for AI-powered enterprise products. Knows more about keeping design consistent across a large org than anyone I've met.

  • Jason Ho

    Senior product designer working in web3 and emerging tech, with time at WOO X, OKX, and HSBC. Also mentors students on blockchain careers, which I respect more than the resume.

    Visual designer in Kowloon doing branding and identity work. The kind of portfolio where every project is quietly better than it needs to be.

    Poet, writer, and artist. Publishes a reading journal alongside the poetry and art — a corner of the internet with no product roadmap attached, which is exactly why I like it.

    Content designer in Hong Kong who turns user journeys into stories with, in their words, a little oomph. Proof that the words in a product are design work.

    Illustrator and character designer in Hong Kong. The creature work is full of personality — go look at Acorn.

A podcast I like
